Shipping & Handing Policy


Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. All orders are processed within 1-5 Business Days. However, during sales/promotions/ holidays, shipping time may take a little longer due to the volume of orders. Expect orders to ship out in 3-5 BUSINESS Days. All orders ship from Leesburg, Virginia. Free shipping over $100 only applies to orders within the United States.

Rhinestones in a Box is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped,  you will receive an email including your tracking number and allow you to see the status of our package. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Once the shipping carrier( USPS & UPS) has confirmed receipt of your packages, Rhinestones in a Box is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 


If you provided an email address or telephone number for text at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

All tracking information will be sent out once the item(s) has been mailed out.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address.


Due to COVID-19 shipping delays are unpredictable. With the USPS are seeing that tracking number are not updating for 24 to 48 hours. Please allow time for the tracking number to update. These unexpected delays are beyond our control.

For international packages are seeing packages taking longer than 7-21 business days for delivery. These unexpected delays are beyond our control.
